Maybe you read it at Pienkel's already, the recipe for nachos following this pin. I made them for the second time around , the rascals loved it the first time, but refused to eat any today... *sigh*... kids.

Haha that happens to us all the time too! Today I have leftover risotto for my lunch after they refused to eat it last night - but last week they liked it so much, they actually asked me to make it again. The nachos look yummy, I might have to try that at the weekend. nom nom!
