Rowan tee, a test for Titchy Threads

Laura from Titchy Threads has some exciting new patterns releasing soon. Check out this post she wrote for the sewing for kindergarten series, featuring all her new patterns. I had the opportunity to test the Rowan tee and I can just say one thing; Laura did it again!

A great pattern, good fit, neat finish, very well written instructions with clear pictures. Frequent readers of my blog know there has been a fair amount of small fry skinny jeans sewing over here, and this new pattern is right up there. I foresee a lot of Rowan shirts in the future. The pattern is very versatile, with options for short sleeves, long sleeves, regular neckline or hood and some fun optional details like striping on the sleeves and twill tape on the hoodie. A pattern that can be used all year round and suitable for all sewing levels.

For the test I made a size 4 with long sleeves and hoodie in a grey knit with blue knit lining and orange twill tape. Ready for some picture overload?
