2014, it's a wrap!

Can you believe it? Just a couple more days and we're heading into 2015. Somehow 2014 just flew by. I'm quite amazed with the amount of projects I completed this year; 100 single items!  I also had the privilige to write a guest post, be in a couple of pattern tours and to contribute to the Kids Clothes Week fall edition.

The first goal I set myself in the beginning of 2014 was to start sewing for myself. That mission is accomplished and I really like wearing these items.

Another thing I love is testing patterns for the talented designers out there. I had the chance to test a couple of patterns this year by Titchy Threads, Filles a Maman, Rabbit Rabbit Creations, Sofilantjes and Madeit Patterns. Thanks a lot ladies for having me!

The rascals got most of the sewing, their wardrobes consisted mainly out of handmades this year.

We could welcome some new baby's to the world with a handmade gift

And I made some other stuff like toys, bags and dress up items.

Last but not least, another first, I've sewn up the first item for Mr. Rascal.

Omni tempore hooded sweater for men- huisje boompje boefjes

So what can you expect over here in 2015? I teamed up with PienkelSofilantjes and Joy Fits and we have something fun in store starting the first of January.
I'd also love to try my luck on a market or craftsfair and I should really make a start on all those pdf patterns I own and haven't sewn up yet.
For now I want to thank you all for reading along. Wish you all the best for 2015 and hope you stay tuned  in the new year!
