Upcycled pyjamas, kids clothes week winter 2015

The last day of Kids Clothes Week is here already. I had so much fun making only upcycled items this edition. Big rascal's wardrobe has definitely grown this week. But I can't end a KCW edition without throwing in a pair of pyjamas. Again an upcyle, using a black and a grey top and a pair of maternity leggings. The pyjama top is the Ziggy top by Madeit Patterns. The sleeves are stamped with fabric paint. The bottoms are go to leggings. I made them both in a size 5 so it will last longer.

So that's a wrap for me this KCW. Did I manage to make a dent in my upcycle stash? I think I've got enough left for a couple more KCW editions, but I'm quite pleased with the results and how I managed to squeeze in that hour every day, even in the weekend! Speaking of weekend, going back to enjoying our lazy pyjama day. Have a nice Sunday everyone!

  1. Those PJs are great. They could even be worn outside ;-) Fabulous idea to use the Ziggy pattern. I may just have to copy that idea.

    1. Thanks Olu! The ziggy works out great for PJ's too, nice and roomy.
