From #parissewsocial with love, a give away

Those of you who are on instagram couldn't have missed it, 14 bloggers getting together in Paris. Our IG feeds were overflowing with #parissewsocial shots. We had such a lovely time that I actually don't know where to start writing this post. We were only there for a weekend but it felt like a week (in a good way) and still to short to talk to everyone properly. I won't wear you out with an hour to hour report of our weekend. So just some highlights and then of course... the give away! So please keep reading to the end of this post.

I have some fantastic reminders of this weekend, in my memories, in pictures and in fabric! Just a little warning for fabric hoarders, never go near the Montmartre area, there are so many fabric shops you won't be able to close your suitcase when you're going home. I kept my fabric shopping to the goodie bag we received but it was hard to resist.

View at Montmartre from Sacre CoeurWe stayed at a backpackers hostel, St Christophers Inn near Gare du Nord. The perfect location to start exploring the city. Our sponsor Bernina offered a fantastic voucher we spent fabric shopping at Anna Ka Bazaar and a lovely meal in a little restaurant (les Quilles) we enjoyed with lots of chatting and laughter.

Besides the Bernina vouchers the Paris Office the Tourism supplied us with citymaps, information and a rivercruise ticket. Unfortunately I had booked an early Thalys back home, so I had to skip the cruise.

We all had an amazing goodiebag with loads of fantastic fabric, buttons, zippers, pins, craft goodies, spools and patterns. So my thanks to Lillestoff, Cousette, Nosh, Stoffe.de, Telaria, Alles für selbermacher, Supercut, Imagine Gnats, Nutta, Mondepot, Tuttle Publishing, Aurifil, Snaply, Joyfits, Ottobre, Compagnie M, Doguincho, Titchy threads, Madeit patterns, Kid approved, Schneidernmeistern, Delia Creates, Willow & Co, Mouse house creations, Sofilantjes, Sewpony vintage, LBG studio, LoubeeClothing, Straightgrain, Elegance & Elephants, Hey June and Paisley Roots.
I can't wait to get started and sew up these new patterns with the fabrics I received, and I'm even thinking on doing some home deco.
