Are you ready to travel with me? Today I'm taking you to China, land of the pandabears. I made my youngest (and huge pandabear fan) a
Safari Raglan, the latest pattern by Titchy Threads.

I was part of Laura's testing group for this shirt and (as always) she did an excellent job. You can check
this post to see my full review. For today's version I added the hood of the Rowan tee (again a Titchy Threads pattern) to the raglan body. An easy adjustment and a perfect fit!
The pandabear fabric, an Andrea Lauren design, was a gift from
Alles fuer selbermacher, one of our #parissewsocial sponsors. I think it's really fun and cute, it's a heavy jersey, more of a sweatshirt fabric even and very easy to work with,
* I received this fabric as a gift from our Paris Sew Social sponsors. However all opinions are as always honest and my own.
Oh, I love that he is wearing a matching hat! So perfect!
ReplyDeleteThanks Annika! My sister brought the hat with her from China as a gift for the boys, along with a lot more panda stuff :)
DeleteThis is adorable! Perfect fabric for a panda loving boy, I got it in the same colour as you so could make a matching one :) It wouldn't be as good without that amazing hat though!
ReplyDeleteFantastisch truitje!
ReplyDeleteIs so vibrant !!! I love the idea of adding the hood!
ReplyDeleteLove this! I just ordered this fabric for my panda crazy girl! But in a different color. How does the color hold up when you wash it? Does it fade much?
ReplyDeleteAh she's going to love it, such a fun fabric. The colours hold up pretty good, you can barely tell the difference from new. I do wash the tee almost cold (30C) as I do with all my laundry.
