Home deco, an Atelier Brunette throw blanket

Ever since our #parissewsocial trip, I have this gorgeous Atelier Brunette fabric in my stash, gifted to us by our sponsor Bernina. When I chose that fabric at Anna Ka Bazaar my first instinct was to make something decorative for our home. Since then I dreamed up a 1001 other purposes but today I returned to my original plan and made a throw blanket with this piece of fabric. I matched it with a grey fleece I bought at Ikea.

Oh and big rascal is wearing his latest steampunk shirt (an Ottobre Design pattern, edition 06-2015), just grey and black, sometimes that's enough.

Fun how rewarding a simple little project like this can feel.
