My youngest is a huge panda lover and has been ever since he adopted my old panda bear as a companion a couple of years ago. To surprise him I took one of his recent panda drawings and turned that into fabric, thanks to the fantastic Bobbinhood kit I got over the holidays.
It was so much fun printing his little panda's on white jersey and watching the magic happen. I had doubts whether or not to add some green bamboo to the print, but decided less is more!
For the pattern I turned to my beloved Wolf pyjamas by Zonen09. This pattern has such a great fit, thanks to the additional slim sizes, and you can make it as detailed as you want. I just went with the plain shirt & pants combo with cuffs.
There was just one glitch in this project, silly me, I was convinced I could still make pants out of 0,50 m of fabric. Well let me tell you, it's not possible anymore!. Hence the extra long leg cuffs.
I don't think I need to convince you little rascal is loving his new jammies.
